We only collect personal information about our visitors through our website 'contact' page. The type of information we will collect includes:

5. Payment details are made by the customer via secure payment services so no credit or debit card information is available to us so
                        therefore cannot be retained by us.

                  You are legally entitled to request details of the personal information which we hold about you, under the UK's Data Protection Act 1998

We never collect sensitive personal information but occasionally we may use your voluntary feedback for inclusion on our website feedback page which will be accurate and only with your consent. Should you find any inaccuracies in the feedback you have supplied, contact us and we will amend it promptly.

We may retain email addresses should you request a brochure or make contact via our website to inform you of offers or new products.

Do Trug Makers pass on my information to third parties?
Should any information be given to us on this site, it willneverbe sold, rented or loaned to any third parties or companies, except as part of our fraud checking procedures to help us prevent illegal transactions. Any personal information stored or collected by Trug Makers is held only by us at:

Returns/ Cancellation Policy

If for any reason you the buyer or third party wishes to return an item, the buyer must first request the return and explain the reason for the return by email to kevin@trugmakers.co.uk. This information determines who covers the return shipping cost. e.g. If you decide the Trug is too big or too small, the sizes are clearly stated so you should pay return shipping cost. If you find a fault with the Trug, then we arrange the collection of it. All requests for returns must be within 15 Days as all trugs are dated and cannot be re-sold if 'out-of-date'.

If the item was received transit damaged, please notify us immediately as there is a very limited time for us to claim on the shippers insurance. Ideally accompanied by digital photographs.

A request for Cancellation of a purchase must be very rapid as we process and ship the same working day i.e. Monday - Friday.
