Trugs are Ideal for that 'Different' Gift

How many times have we all sat and thought, "what on
earth can I buy him/her?" We are all guilty of buying
things that 'will do', perfume, after shave, confectionary,
a meal out in a restaraunt etc. etc. but running the risk
of self promotion, a trug will seriously last for many,
many years and your gift will be remembered and
appreciated for the same many, many years. Recently a
gentleman made a 45 mile trip to my workshop bearing
a trug that I made some 25 years ago. The bottom
board had completely worn through and the feet were
missing. He did not want a new trug as he was so
attached to his trug. I replaced the bottom board and
feet and returned it for just the cost of postage - he was
very happy.
